  • Log in to Eyre.ai and go to the + New Meetings button.

  • Select a scheduled meeting or create a new one.

  • Go to the "Speaker Notes" section. You can generate speaker notes with AI (pro plan) or enter your own script, answers to questions, demo text, or anything else you prefer to read during the meeting.

2. Create Your Speaker Notes

  • Add Key Points: Enter important talking points or reminders for each agenda item.

  • Highlight Key Data: Include specific figures, links, or insights to reference during discussions.

  • Questions and Prompts: Add questions you want to ask or prompts to keep the conversation on track.

3. Use Your Speaker Notes to Deliver Impactful Meetings

During the meeting, open the Speaker Notes view. Eyre.ai will display your notes alongside the agenda in an easy-to-read format. Use live prompts for assistance, such as suggestions for follow-ups or reminders of action items.
