Where can I find documents uploaded to a meeting?
All uploaded documents are available in the Meeting info tab within the meeting interface and remain accessible in Meeting History after the session ends.
Can I upload documents during a meeting?
Not yet - you will be able to add files on the fly in our Meeting Chat, coming in April 2025, ensuring real-time collaboration without disruptions.
Who can access the uploaded documents?
All meeting participants have access to the documents based on the specific permissions are set by the meeting organizer.
How long do documents stay available in Meeting History?
Documents remain accessible unless manually deleted by the meeting host or admin.
Coming soon: automatic data deletion per your organization’s data retention policies.
Can I delete a document after uploading it?
Absolutely. You can remove files at any time from the Documents tab in the meeting or from Meeting History for past sessions. Again, this depends on your access permissions. Guests cannot delete documents from past meetings.
